1. Engagement & Scope
These Terms govern all production agreements entered into with potstilstin (operating online at potstilstin.pro). By commissioning our studio for remote directing, video editing, sound design, or motion graphics, you accept these terms in full.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Currencies
- Our starter service tier begins at 190 EUR for our Rapid Edit & Master Sprint. Additional specialized packages and retainers are quoted transparently based on project duration and technical complexity.
- Invoices are issued electronically in EUR (with Canadian Dollar CAD equivalents available for Canadian domestic clients).
- Payment terms for standard sprints require payment upon booking confirmation. Larger bespoke engagements follow a 50% initiation deposit and 50% final release milestone.
3. Delivery Timelines & Revision Protocol
Standard sprints (190 EUR) are scheduled with a 48-hour business turnaround following confirmed receipt of uncorrupted source files. One comprehensive round of consolidated revisions is included within the base sprint fee. Revisions must be submitted within 7 business days of draft link delivery.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
The client warrants that all raw footage, musical cues, and fonts provided to potstilstin are legally licensed for production. Upon complete settlement of all agreed fees, potstilstin assigns 100% of worldwide, unencumbered commercial copyright in the resulting final deliverables to the client.
5. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided to rigorous broadcast industry specifications (SMPTE, ITU-R, EBU R128). potstilstin is not liable for project delays caused by client-side asset delivery delays or third-party cloud hosting disruptions. Total liability under any claim is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
