We believe in data minimization. We only collect information that you deliberately furnish when contacting our studio:
- Correspondence Data: Name, professional email address, phone number, and briefing details communicated via direct email or telephone.
- Media & Production Materials: Video rushes, audio tracks, script drafts, and branding guidelines provided exclusively for service delivery.
- Technical HTTP Server Logs: Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) maintained solely for infrastructure security and rate-limiting.
3. Google Ads Tag & Consent Mode v2
Our website incorporates the site-wide Google tag (tag ID: AW-18500217476) for advertising campaign performance measurement. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 under the following rules:
- By default, upon page load, advertising storage (
ad_storage), user data (ad_user_data), and personalization (ad_personalization) are set to 'denied'. - If you click "Accept" on our consent banner, these parameters are updated to 'granted' and your preference is remembered in your browser's local storage.
- If you click "Decline", all advertising cookies remain denied and no non-essential measurement cookies are written.

5. Data Retention & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your contact information or creative assets. Project working files are retained for 90 days following final sign-off to facilitate revisions, after which raw rushes may be securely deleted unless an extended archive agreement is in place.
